• Founding of a new subspecialty in Cardiac surgery in Mansoura University, which is ” Neonatal, congenital and Pediatric cardiac surgery in 2006.
• Founded and Established the Congenital and Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Dept. at Mansoura University Children’s Hospital In 2006. Nowadays, only after 18 years, the Dept. is recognized both nationally and internationally and has academic relationship with other corresponding Center in KSA, USA, and Germany.
• Founded, together with the Pediatric Cardiology Dept., a new subspecialty which is Adult Congenital Heart Disease.
• Founded a new Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Department in Sohag University Hospital in 2013.
