- Founded and Established the Congenital and Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Dept. at Mansoura University Children’s Hospital In 2006. Nowadays, only after 18 years, the Dept. is recognized both nationally and internationally and has academic relationship with other corresponding Center in KSA, USA, and Germany.
- Founded, together with the Pediatric Cardiology Dept., a new subspecialty which is Adult Congenital Heart Disease.
